Product Introduction

1.Main Cutting Board:

18.9 inches(L) x 11 inches(W) by 1.5 inches(H) (480mm x 280mm x 38.5mm)
2.Electronic Scale

Scale weighs up to 3 kg (6.6 lbs) and measures in grams, kilograms, ounces, and pounds.
3.Control Panel

Dot matrix display, has the power button, UVC function, weighing function, timing function, and tare function.
4.Knife Sharpeners

Two sharpeners included, one made of diamond for rough grinding and one of ceramic for fine grinding. Both sharpeners are set at a 15-degree angle.
5.Guiding Gutter

Groove to keep any juices from falling on counters, clothes, and the floor.
6.Supporting Seat

Keeps the ChopBox off of surfaces, nonskid, and helps dry it more quickly.

7.Type-C Charging Port

ChopBox is charged using a TYPE-C cable, which is included with your purchase.

8. Second Cutting Board

The second cutting surface is 12.4 inches (L) x 10.6 inches (W) by 0.75 inches (h) (315 cm x 269 cm x 19 cm) and allows you to easily switch between raw meat and seafood and other foods without worrying about cross-contamination. It can also be used for food scraps, storing cut foods, transferring food to the pan, and houses the UVC light. To use UVC, turn the second surface upside down and put it on top of the main cutting board so the connectors meet.Press the second button on the control panel to activate UVC light.

 

Key Introduction


 

 



 








On/Off key

Click once to power on or power off.


UV light key

Turn on and off the UVC light for sanitizing and disinfecting. Control panel will indicate UVC is on.


Zero key

Also known as the tare function. Click once to zero out the scale after putting a bowl on it. Long press to switch between units of measurement.


Timing key

When not in the timer:

Click once to enter the timer Long press to turn timer off.

In the timer interface:

Click the timing key to confirm the time, forward a unit of time, or start the timer.


Timer counter adjustor

When not in timer interface:

Long press to show timer

In the timer interface:

Click to increase numbers on the timer;


Scale reset

Enter the correction interface and correction is required:

Long press the open key and double click the timing adjustment button: enter the correction interface and put in 1000g weight. Press the return to zero button to confirm the weight.

When entering the correction interface, you want to exit:

Click UV button, timing button or timing adjustment button: directly enter the boot interface;Click the switch button: directly shut down to exit.


To adjust the sound

Long press the power button and then double click the UV button to open the sound interface. Press the zero key to turn the sound on or off.

 

NOTE:

The UVC light button will only work when the second board is placed on the main cutting board and the contact points touch. When the UVC lamp is on, it ill release UVC light and a small amount of odorless ozone for sterilization. If the contact points are not touching, the Control Panel will show an untouch and the UVC light will not come on. Adjust the board so the contact points are touching and press the UVC button again. Wipe the contact points dry before using UVC lamp; if there is water on them, the Control Panel will say "short" meaning "short circuit."
 

Screen Introduction

Directions for Use
 

Step 1: Power On

Press the power button to turn on the ChopBox and enter the weighing interface



 




 



 



Step 2: Chop

Both the main cutting board and the second smaller cutting board are ready for use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




 



Step 3: Sharpen Knives

There are two built-in knife sharpeners set at a 15-degree angle to sharpen your knives.





 


 





 




Step 4: Weight your food

Put any food or spices on the scale and select grams, kilograms, ounces, or pounds to weigh it. If using a bowl or vessel, zero out the scale by placing the vessel on the scale and pressing the center button on the Control Panel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 





 

 

Step 5: Timer

Press the timer button to get into the timer and use it and the timing adjustment button to select your timer amount. When the timer ring, the sound stops when you touch any button or electronic scale.


 

 






 


 

 

Step 6: Wash your ChopBox

ChopBox is fully waterproof. Wash with soap and warm water. Not recommended for use in dishwasher.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

Step 7: Disinfection

Turn over the second, smaller board and place it on top of the main cutting surface. Make sure the metal contact points that stick up line up with the magnet (use the magnet to connect) . Click the UV button on the control panel and the UVC lamp will turn on to disinfect both cutting surfaces. If the control panel says "UNTOUCH," then the contact points do not line up and you must reposition the top board. You can also place up to 3 knives in the gap between the two cutting boards at the end of the Chopbox to sanitize them at the same time.






 




NOTE:

The UVC light is 253.7 nm and small in size with only an angle wide enough to cover the cutting surface. It is 100% safe for anyone to be near this light. The UVC light will turn off automatically as soon as it detects separation from the main cutting board 一 or you can use the UVC button on the Control Panel to turn it off manually.

This UVC light will not have any adverse effects.

Instructions for Replacing Parts
 

Replacing the Main Cutting Board

If you wish to replace the main cutting board, simply unscrew the bottom of the board, replace with the new main cutting board and tighten back the screws in place. Do not overtighten.


 

 











 


Replacing the Knife Sharpeners

If you wish to replace the knife sharpeners, note that they are of one unit, so replacing them will result in both sharpeners being replaced - simply turn the ChopBox upside down and unscrew the two screws holding the sharpeners in place. Place the new sharpeners and firmly tighten but do not overtighten.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 






Removal the Weighing Panel

When you need to clean the inside of the weighing panel, push it forward to remove and clean it. Put the weighing panel in position and push it back to install successfully.







 


 




 



NOTE:

Replacement parts are available at www.theyescom.com. Reptacement parts available to purchase are: the main cutting board, the second cutting board, knife sharpeners, and control panel + electronic scale.

 

Nursing and Maintenance

1.Wash ChopBox with dish soap and water and let it dry naturally before first use.

2.Oil the ChopBox before first use by brushing food-grade mineral oil or cooking oil on all areas of the fully-dry cutting boards. Let it soak in for one hour, then repeat the process until you have oiled it 3 times and let it dry an hour in-between oilings. Wipe the boards down with a paper towel after you're finished.

3.After each use of ChopBox, wash it and allow it to air dry before storing. Keep in a cool, dry place.

4.Avoid keeping the ChopBox is hot or humid locations, such as near a fire or radiator

5.We do not recommend putting the ChopBox in a dishwasher The high heat will warp the natural bamboo over time.

6.Do not use steel wool or harsh scrubbers on the ChopBox.

7.Avoid cross-contamination and bacteria by using the second cutting board for raw meat or seafood.

8.It is recommended to oil your ChopBox monthly to extend its life.

Troubleshooting

Unable to Turn On/Off

  1. First try charging your ChopBox fully with the provided TYPE-C charging cable.

  2. Try drying the Control Panel fully with a hair dryer or gentle fan and try again.

UV Lamp Not Turning On

  1. Confirm that the second board is upsidedown and placed on top of the main cutting board.

  2. Confirm that the second board and main board contact points are touching. Adjust placement as needed and press the UV button again.

  3. Wipe the contact points on both boards dry to avoid a short circuit

Scale Not Working

  1. Reset the scale by pressing the reset button to adjust the weight.

  2. Recalibrate the scale.

  3. Avoid trying to weigh objects or food over 3 kg or 6.6 lbs.

The Device Cannot Be Charged

  1. Please confirm that the output voltage of the power adapter is DC 5V/1000mA and it is in normal working condition.

  2. Replace the charging cable (type-c mobile phone data cable can be used).

NOTE: During normal charging, the Control Panel will either show a battery if it is full or a charging bar

 

Safety Warnings and Precautions

1.Do not leave your ChopBox unit in water. Wipe water stains or puddles off your unit after washing.

2.The surface of the cutting board will feel slightly rough after the first usage, which is normal because we do not use any chemical substance treatment for the surface.

3.lt is recommended to maintain ChopBox by rubbing it monthly with food-grade mineral oil, which can prevent mould and inhibit bacterial growth and odour absorption. (You can use cooking oil, but we do not recommend it, as edible oils deteriorate easily and can produce a bitter taste as well as making food adhere to the cutting surface.)

4.When oiling, oil all surfaces except for the Control Panel display. Remember to oil all sides of the cutting board as it may bend or warp untouched ones.

5.The ChopBox is made of natural organic bamboo and is not chemically treated. This means overtime the ChopBox will have normal wear and tear period. If your ChopBox surface has deep cut marks, is broken, dented or warped, we recommend replacing the cutting surface to prevent any damage to your counters and knives.

6.ln UVC mode, please avoid looking directly into the light.
 

Warranty

Thank you for buying the ChopBox! The Yes Company gives you a free one-year limited warrant. The warranty is limited to hardware and/or software failures and manufacturer defects. The Yes Company is not responsible for losses or damages the users cause to the ChopBox.


Warranty Commitment

  1. The product warranty is good for one year from the date of receiving.

  2. The product warranty scope refers to the problem of the product under normal use.

  3. Free repair within warranty period and scope. ( you will need to pay for the accessories of repair and the cost of the shipping)

Warranty Exception

The above warranty does not apply if:

  1. ChopBox is outside of the warranty period.

  2. There is physical damage to the product by the user, such as from dropping, extrusion, deformation, broken screen, etc.

  3. Product failure or damage caused by storing the ChopBox improperly (such as at a high temperature, very low altitude, etc).

  4. Product failure or damage caused by installation, repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the product by any organization or person not authorized by the company.

  5. Product failure or damage cause by accident or human factors (such as operator error, incorrect usage, rodents, or pests).

  6. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable or insurmountable objective events, including natural disasters such as flood, fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake and storm, as well as social events such as war, turmoil, etc.).

  7. Other products or parts sold by third parties are installed into the ChopBox. These are not ChopBox approved or manufactured and may be lower quality.

  8. If the ChopBox cannot be used due to the above warranty exceptions, Our Company will repair it at cost.

  9. If the warranty expires, our Company will provide at-cost maintenance.

當進入校正界面時,想退出:

單擊UV按鍵、計時按鍵或計時調整按鍵:直接進入開機界面;

單擊開關按鍵:直接關機退出。

調整聲音開啟與關閉:

關閉或開啟聲音(UV按鍵錯誤音和計時提醒音不會被關閉):

長按開關鍵,雙擊UV按鍵:進入聲音關閉或開啟界面,按歸零按鍵確認聲音開啟或關閉

 

注意:只有將第二塊板放在主板上,並且觸針接觸到觸點時,UV燈按鍵才會工作。當UVC燈打開時,會釋放UVC光線和少量無味的臭氧進行殺菌消毒。如果觸針沒有接觸到觸點,控制面板將顯示untouch,不會啟動UVC燈,請調整放置位置試觸針接觸到觸點,並再次點擊UV按鍵。在使用UVC燈之前,請將觸點擦乾。如果有水在上面,控制面板會說“short”意思是“短路”。

使用說明:

第一步:開機
 

点击开机按键,Chopbox启动,进入称重界面。





 

 




第二步:切菜

可在主板和第二块板两个切割面进行切割。








 



 


 


第三步:磨刀

利用兩種磨刀石對刀鋒進行打磨,可以更好的處理菜品。













第四步:稱重

將菜品或調料放在稱上進行稱重,然後選克,千克,盎司或磅稱重。如果使用碗或器皿,將容器放在秤上,然後按控制面板上的歸零按鍵去皮。
 












 

 

第五步:計時

按下計時器按鈕,進入計時器,點擊計時按鍵,調整時間,開始計時。計時響起時,觸碰任意按鍵和電子稱處聲音停止。












 

第六步:清洗

ChopBox完全防水。可用肥皂和溫水清洗,不建議用於洗碗機。

 

 








 

第七步:消毒

將第二塊板反過來放在主板上,先將觸點處通過磁鐵吸附進行固定,再將板放下。點擊UV按鍵,UCV燈會打開,並對兩個切割面進行消毒。如果控制面板顯示“UNTOUCH”,那麼觸點沒有對齊,你必須重新放置第二塊板。您也可以將刀放在兩個切割面之間進行消毒,一次消毒多達3把刀。

更換說明:

主板替換

護理保養:

1.第一次使用前,用肥皂和水清洗ChopBox,讓它自然乾燥。

安全警告及注意事項:

1.使用或沖洗後,盡快擦乾砧板表面水漬,請勿在水中長時間放置。

2.初次使用後,砧板表面會出現粗糙感,這是正常現象,因為我們沒有對其表面進行任何化學物質處理。
